世界のグラフィックデザイン誌『アイデア』387号（1953年創刊、誠文堂新光社発行）で66ページにわたり「FormSWISS」の連載第2回目が掲載されています。

今回は、南スイスのイタリア語圏を拠点に活動するクリエイターや教育機関を紹介しています。スイスなのに公用語はイタリア語で主食もイタリアン。街の雰囲気もスイスの他の地方に比べてどこかのんびりと、イタリア的な大らかさが漂う日本ではまだあまり知られていない地域。

For this second edition in IDEA magazine, it features creators and educational institutions whose activities are based in the southern Italian linguistic region on the south side of the Swiss Alps.
Southern Switzerland is situated near the border with Italy, 40 minutes away from Milan by car and close to Lake Como, a major world summer resort. The official language and main food are Italian. Having little snow in the winter, it has a very pleasant climate throughout the year. The atmosphere of the region is somewhat relaxed compared with the rest of the Swiss region, with a typical open Italian temperament.
A designer who settles in a remote mountain village while constantly influencing the world design circle, a designer who created a design studio-cum-home by renovating a former factory by a brook far away for town and selected a sustainable lifestyle, and a young creator who pursues creativity while travelling between large cities and his village — We would like to give readers an opportunity to see the eye-opening and real time life style that is unfolding in southern Switzerland, which differs from the conventional images of the Alps that we have in Japan.
